About Us

AIP invests in infrastructure projects across Ireland. Our projects help deliver high-quality infrastructure assets that are essential to society and the communities where they are located.

AIP helps bridge funding, capacity and delivery gaps and provides critical infrastructure ahead of when others might have been able to so.

High quality infrastructure serves societies in terms of contributing to economic growth, local jobs and strong and vibrant communities. AIP bring those advantages forward ahead of time, and ahead of when they would otherwise be available to those communities.

AIP focuses on early-stage project investments, adding value to identified opportunities by bringing projects through the consenting processes that must be navigated to clear the first critical hurdle to delivering infrastructure and get projects shovel-ready.

Private investors, working alongside infrastructure operators, can play an important and positive role in the delivery of the world class infrastructure needed in a modern Ireland. AIP enables that private investment to identify investment opportunities and harness that potential for the benefit of communities across the country
